The project involved transforming an existing G+2 steel structure into a full-time office space and warehouse storage, adhering to Vastu rules and constraints. The objective was to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace that balances practicality and style.

The design incorporates a corrugated sheet partition serving as a barrier in the staircase and ground floor area. The office floors overlook a large machinery area on the ground floor, highlighting the integration of office and warehouse functions. The layout begins with a reception and waiting area featuring a wood-paneled wall with the company logo, setting a professional tone. Circular disk lights add a modern touch, and glass partitions provide a sense of openness while maintaining distinct spaces. The central axis extends to the executive cabins, which are linearly placed along one side, featuring a rust color that complements the overall light beige color scheme, achieving visual balance. Comfortable seating and ample natural light contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The two executive cabins, set against a concrete background with gold accents, are internally connected. The second floor houses conference rooms, a pantry, and a dining area, designed for efficient circulation and use.

The main challenge was to convert the existing structure into a functional office and warehouse space while following Vastu principles. Balancing the need for an efficient layout with aesthetic appeal and ensuring all areas were appropriately integrated posed a significant challenge.

Through thoughtful design elements, such as the corrugated sheet partition and the visually balanced color scheme, the project achieved a cohesive and functional office space. The integration of modern lighting fixtures and carefully planned executive cabins further enhanced the workspace, creating a harmonious and efficient environment. The transformation of the existing structure adhered to Vastu rules, providing a practical and aesthetically pleasing solution for the client.
